Through the CMA Accelerated Program...

The CMA Accelerated Program is an eight-month, part-time program offering an intense, but quick and economical path for people with university degrees who lack a number of the 16 required prerequisite topics. The CMA Accelerated Program comprises four modules that prepare students to challenge the CMA Entrance Exam. Even for those who do have all exam prerequisites, it’s an excellent review.

There are two ways to take the CMA Accelerated Program:

• distance-learning version, and
• in-class version.

As a rule, the in-class version begins locally every September while the distance-learning version (by DVD and online support) begins every September as well as every January. Note that all students receive the DVD set regardless of the program version they choose to pursue.

A completed university degree and four prerequisite university topics are required as a minimum for entry to the CMA Accelerated Program, as follows:

• introductory financial accounting
• introductory management accounting
• statistics/quantitative methods, and
• economics.
