CMA Entrance Examination Withdrawal
Policy
The registration deadline for the examination is September 3, 2010 and no registrations will be accepted
after that date. Students who withdraw in writing before September 3, 2010 will receive the examination fee
minus a $100.00 administrative charge. No refunds or deferrals will be made after September 3, 2010 unless a
candidate is declared academically ineligible to write.
Deferral requests of the CMA Entrance Exam are at the discretion of CMA Nova Scotia, PEI, Bermuda &
the Caribbean and will only be granted for serious medical and other significant hardship and evaluated on a
case by case basis. Students who wish to defer the CMA Entrance Exam must present their request in writing to
CMA. Students who are granted a deferral must re-register in the next offering of the Entrance Exam.
If payment for the CMA Entrance Exam was made by personal cheque, credit card, direct debit, or other, the
refund will be made to the student. If the payment for the Entrance Exam was made by the student’s employer,
the refund will be made to the employer.
All dollar amounts quoted are in CAD for Canadian students and USD for Bermuda and Caribbean students.
