In accordance
with the by-laws of the society, membership fees are due and payable by each member on the first day of July
each year. Any member failing to pay membership fees for a given year on or before the first day of January
will be sent notice of suspension, by registered mail. Members whose dues remain outstanding on March 1 will
be suspended, in accordance with our by-laws, and notified, by registered mail, of such. For a complete copy
of the by-laws, please click
here.
Note: Members who are unemployed or on medical or family leave may qualify for a dues
waiver. Please click
here to be directed to the dues waiver. Members that have recently retired are not required to pay annual
membership fees; for full details on CMA's Retirement Policy, please click
here.
For members who reside outside of Canada, we sincerely regret that online payments are not yet available to
you (something we are currently working on changing). Therefore, your payment options include money order,
wire transfer, or bank draft, and also credit card simply by contacting admin@cma-ns.com.
